This page explains how Veltrix Digital handles information on the website and through the product request form. Effective 12 October 2026.

If you send a request, we collect your name, email, optional country, requested product and any message you submit. We do not ask for passwords or payment-card details.
How it is used
We use information you provide to respond to product enquiries, confirm details, investigate support requests, prevent abuse and meet any applicable legal obligations. We do not sell customer contact lists.
Storage and service providers
Your shopping selection is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. If you submit the form, request details are transmitted securely to the hosting environment and an email provider configured by the operator. Hosting and email providers may process data in different jurisdictions.
Third-party resources
We use Google Fonts for typography. Viewing this site may result in Google receiving technical information such as your IP address. Product links and third-party services have separate privacy policies. We do not deploy advertising or analytics tracking scripts in this version.
Retention and your rights
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information where legally applicable. We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose of the request, dispute handling, and applicable recordkeeping duties. Your local cart can be cleared in the cart interface or your browser storage settings.
Contact for privacy requests
Use our contact page and select a privacy-related reason. The business contact email must be provided by the operator before publicly opening enquiries.
